Our inspiration: Creating opportunities
RUBEZ ROYALE was inspired by a deep passion for "making it" when everyone else didn't believe in me! creating opportunities, not just clothing. We aim to build pathways for whānau who may struggle to access traditional employment in the near future, offering purpose, creativity, and the chance to learn new skills while building something they can be proud of.
Values that define us: Whānau and empowerment
Our babies are at the heart of everything we do. They are our biggest motivation and the reason we keep pushing to build a better future. At RUBEZ ROYALE, our core values are whānau, empowerment, authenticity, and giving back. We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed, and we want our brand to inspire confidence while creating pathways for people to grow, learn, and thrive.
Behind the designs: Stories of creativity
One of our favourite collections to create has been our Mini Me range. As a mum, I struggled to find stylish, high-quality matching outfits that reflected our style, so I decided to create them myself. Seeing families wearing our designs together reminds us why we started. Another favourite is our custom apparel. Every design tells someone’s story, whether it’s for a business, sports team, or whānau event. Knowing we’ve helped bring someone’s vision to life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
